Ed Solarz

Ed manages Acquisitions and Development at Genesis, where he and his team focus on new construction, acquisition/rehab, and adaptive reuse developments of multifamily assets in Central Virginia.  Ed is actively involved with the Richmond Chapter of the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate  (GRACRE), and Rebuilding Together of Richmond.  Ed graduated with a BA from the University of Richmond in 2005, and an MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Richmond in 2013.
