I invested in a project in Richmond, Virginia with Genesis and have been very pleased with the management of the property. I had a property that was an old historical building in Virginia that was an old Confederate Hospital during the Civil War. My partners and I converted the property into apartments and office with our major office tenant being Virginia State University. Genesis took over the property and it was a mess. They immediately went to work and turned it around and did a terrific job. Very pleased with the results.
